AeroSPACE

Edge finishing of holes and attachments features to improve the maximum mechanical strength(fatigue) of blades, disks, hubs and shafts by giving controlled polished true radius edges. This removing thermal recast layers left by laser or EDM operations.
Finishing accessory parts such as fuel spray nozzles, fuel control, and bearing components. Components will be reworked to remove coke and carbon deposits to improve surface integrity or enhance eddy current readings.
MEDICAL
The benefits of using abrasive honing to finish medical components are:

- Provides a finished surface that resists bacterial contamination. How? By eliminating the surface negatives commonly inherent on most machined surfaces.

The abrasive honing machine is the number one formula for interior polishing of excellence to have a better engine airflow of any gas or diesel engine(increasing horsepower). The abrasive allows you to open the surface and interior from 20mm or up to its gasket’s size, this allowing an improved (high) engine performance.
